Tracked and wheeled excavator hire

D&M operates a wide range of excavators for construction, groundworks, earthmoving and civil engineering projects. Our tracked excavator fleet ranges from approximately 8 tonnes to 50 tonnes, giving us options for everything from general site work through to larger excavation and bulk earthmoving operations.

We also provide 14-tonne wheeled excavators for projects where greater mobility around the site is required. The right machine will depend on the scale of the excavation, access, ground conditions and the material being handled, and our experienced team can help you identify suitable equipment for the work involved.

GPS-compatible excavators for accurate earthworks

Selected excavators within our fleet are GPS compatible, allowing operators to work accurately to project information and reducing the need for repeated manual setting out on suitable sites. Our wheeled excavators can also be supplied with GPS capability where accurate excavation or work to specified levels is required.

D&M has more than 40 years of experience across earthworks and civil engineering, including bulk excavation, muck shifting, quarry work and major infrastructure projects. Excavators can be supplied as individual plant hire or as part of wider contract works alongside dump trucks, bulldozers, graders and other equipment.
